Voices 2024 begins

Voices 2024 has started and Lie Detectors is delighted to be here. 🎉

🇮🇹 We’re looking forward to meeting visitors in the stunning exhibition area here at Stazione Leopolda in Florence and during our workshops this afternoon:

🕟 4:30 PM CET: The Machine of truth - training for Teachers

Journalist Gabriel Rinaldi from Süddeutsche Zeitung Dossier will lead a 90-minute session in Italian to give educators the tools they need to address disinformation in the digital age. This is ideal for teachers working with students that are aged 10 to 15-years-old. You can still register here to secure your spot: https://lnkd.in/dS2shfvq 🔎💻

🕡 6:15 PM CET: Fact or fake? - How teachers can tackle disinformation

This workshop, conducted in both English and Italian, invites educators and the general public to enhance critical thinking skills and navigate today's media landscapes. You can still register here: https://lnkd.in/dV_BtNjF. 🔎💻

Many thanks to Italy’s INDIRE for patronising these workshops and to Annemieke Akkermans and Rayan Temara for making our part here a success.
